With this in mind, we carefully specified the building to meet the highest standards. All of our buildings feature residential-grade PVCu doors and windows, equipped with 28mm double-glazed sealed units for optimal performance.

To ensure maximum comfort, the building is fully insulated on all sides. The warm-deck roof and underfloor insulation utilise foil-backed PIR technology, while the walls benefit from the latest multifoil insulation from Superquilt, which boasts state-of-the-art properties.

These combined features guarantee a cosy, warm environment in winter, as well as a comfortable space to enjoy during the summer months.
